Since 2000, Waveland Energy Partners and its affiliates have sponsored more than 40 energy-related investments. We invest alongside leading energy companies in a diversified portfolio of drill-ready projects strategically positioned in the prolific Bakken Shale in North Dakota. Through our affiliate, Waveland Resources LLC, we offer private limited partnership opportunities to wealth advisors, emphasizing an “income and growth” strategy for accredited clients. Our approach targets pre-tax economic returns, generating current tax-sheltered cash distributions and building asset value. Waveland has deployed over $800 million through its oil and gas investment funds, with this capital raised primarily through the FINRA broker-dealer and RIA communities.
